I get this error when trying to install NetExtender in a Mojopac PC session:
"Failed to install NetExtender, the installation has been rolled back!"

The only reference to this error on Sonicwall is this:
"51454: Symptom: Windows NetExtender may encounter the error “Failed to install NetExtender, the installation has been rolled back” while installing. Condition: Occurs when NetExtender is installed on a system whose operating system runs on a non-default drive."

PC Requirements:

SonicWALL NetExtender is a transparent software application for Windows users that enables remote users to securely connect to the remote network. With NetExtender, remote users can securely run any application on the remote network. Users can upload and download files, mount network drives, and access resources in the same way as if they were on the local network. NetExtender acts as an IP-level mechanism provided by the virtual interface that negotiates the ActiveX component. The NetExtender connection uses a Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) connection.

Benefits

NetExtender can provide remote users with full access to your protected internal network. The experience is virtually identical to that delivered by traditional IPSec VPN clients, but NetExtender does not require any manual client installation. Instead, the stand-alone NetExtender client is automatically installed on a remote user’s PC by an ActiveX installer. NetExtender then automatically launches and connects a virtual adapter for SSL-secure point-to-point access to permitted hosts and subnets on the internal network.

Windows clients must meet the following prerequisites in order to install NetExtender:

Windows Vista, Windows XP Home or Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000 Server Windows 2003 Server.

Internet Explorer 5.0.1 and greater or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and greater.

Internet Explorer Prerequisites:

It is recommended that you add the URL or domain name of your SSL-VPN server to Internet Explorer’s trusted sites list. This will simplify the process of installing NetExtender and logging in, by reducing the number of security warnings you will receive.

NOTE: In SonicWALL SSL-VPN release 2.1, NetExtender is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista and supports the same functionality as with other Windows operating systems. It may be necessary to restart your computer when installing NetExtender on Windows Vista.

To initially install the NetExtender client, the user must be logged in to the PC with administrative privileges.

Downloading and running scripted ActiveX files must be enabled on Internet Explorer.

If the SSL-VPN gateway uses a self-signed SSL certificate for HTTPS authentication, then it is necessary to install the certificate before establishing a NetExtender connection. If you are unsure whether the certificate is self-signed or generated by a trusted root Certificate Authority, SonicWALL recommends that you import the certificate. The easiest way to import the certificate is to click the Import Certificate button at the bottom of the Virtual Office home page.

For complete information about NetExtender for SSL-VPN, refer to the SSL-VPN 2.1 NetExtender Guide (KB 3364)

Thank you for bringing this into our notice. We have filed a bug regarding this issue and our developers are currently working on this issue and the fix will be provided in the future releases.

Please understand that we are working hard to fix all such issues to make the product work better for you.

However, could you please confirm the directory of the host PC on which Windows operating system is installed.

I'm having a similar problem trying to use Firepass, a SSL VPN product from F5. The virtual adapter is uses fails to install.
