Microsoft Money

Hi,
I am new to mojopac but think its a really cool idea. I have a problem though..I have installed microsoft office with no problems but I have tried to install microsoft money and it installs fine but when I click the icons to open it is just dead - no error messages or anything...Anyone had a similar problem?
I must say that this is the 2001 version so it could be that mojopac doesn't support software that old..Is there a fix or do I need to get a new version of money? If so..which versions are people using that work on mojopac?

This is a known issue with Microsoft Money 2001 and our devlopers are currently working to fix the issue. However, Microsoft Money 2008 works fine in MojoPac.

Thank you for the reply mojo support....I would rather not have to buy a new version of money and would prefer to wait until 2001 works...is that likely to be anytime soon? If I need to get another version I would probably look at 2004 or 2005 as they are cheaper to pick up...do you know if these work or not...
Would love to hear the 2001 will be able to be used soon...Do you know what the problem is with it? I was tinkering yesterday and wasn't sure if it was anything to do with the requirement for it to use internet explorer 5 as a minimum...I had removed IE from my mojopac drive as I use firefox so I then removed money and put back IE and tried installing money again but it still didn't work...
Hopefully you will get it sorted soon.

This is a known issue with Microsoft Money 2001 and our devlopers are currently working to fix the issue. However, Microsoft Money 2008 works fine in MojoPac.

The original install goes fine (or went fine a few months ago) but Microsoft starting pushing out a Service Pack (SP1) for Money 2008 that will not install under Mojopac for me. If goes through 99% of the update each time and then says that it failed and that the update cannot be applied. If you don't install it, every time you start Money you get a message saying that a required update must be applied for the program to work correctly.

yes money 08 works great, but gl in getting sp1 installed, i keep getting an error and won't let me use the program now, until the update it installed.

I had already tried that, it didn't make a difference. I did not encounter this problem with Money installed on my host PC, only when running inside Mojopac.

Is anyone actually running an earlier version of Microsoft Money that works on the mojopac?

We don't have tested information but, some of the users notified that Micrsoft Money 2007 works fine without any issues.

Well I have just realised I have a microsoft works 2005 CD which has Money 2005 included so I am trying that....
