Dear Mojo Tech
!) From where can I download this truescript 4X version ? Actually I did a quick search in their Web pages but failed to find out the download links for older versions. I have certain other problems which include the one follows. When I try to ( re ) logon to mojo immediately ( or after a few minutes or so) Mojo asks for a restart of the host machine. I have a guess that this might be since I left truscript as a background task with self mounting and dismounting options enabled in its preferences. And this problem occurs when ever I log off activating this feature instead of manually dismounting the mounted volume. I am also using the latest version.
2) I sent an error report from my mojo taskbar icon's report tab before a few days. Were could I find its reply? My problem follows. I activated my Mojo backup in my system since my USB drive showed errors. After a few days, my mojo tool bar began to hide behind the 'mojo desktop' often ( not always but quite often) .
Since I could access almost all its functions through my mojo taskbar icon ( except 'space left' and 'invite friends' etc ) I have no discomfort yet during my work. Still I am worried since it is an error. The mojo bar will become visible when I switch over to the hosts view but even then its 'settings' and 'mojo feedback' buttons etc would not be visible. I can logoff exit and eject from its close button.

I have a positive information. Since I started working from my mojo system backup copy , the deleted files are reaching safely inside the mojo recycle bin !!

As a continuation I installed Avira Antivirus ( free edition ) inside my Mojo. It was a clean install and every thing went on fine. But when I tried to re-login Mojo after exiting ( not exit and eject since I work on my system backup as told earlier. ) the same error. Mojo is asking for a restart of the host system stating that Mojo failed to start and a restart may sole the problem ....etc
I host PC also runs a Avira Antivirus which offers a better protection as rated by so many experts in the field. I know that the problem is due to Avira but is there any way to sole the error than uninstalling Avira? Please suggest.

First, I request you to download the TrueCrypt previous version from the below weblink:

The issue might be due to the corrupt drive or files stored on the drive. In such case follow the below steps:
Check the drive for any errors within host PC:
*. Restart your Host PC
*. On the command prompt, run "chkdsk <USB drive letter>: /F /X"
This should fix if the drive is corrupted.
If the issue persists then continue performing the below steps:
* Download the update Mojopac installer from the below webpage:
http://www.mojopac.com/portal/content/download.jsp
* Run the installer.
Reinstalling Mojopac by following the above steps will not corrupt or impact the applications already installed.
This should resolve the issue.

Dear mojo tech,
Thanks for the help. I will follow the advice to reinstall with a latest copy of Mojo setup. I will download the said version of TrueCrypt and install that also.There is no error or corrupted files in the drive. So that's not the real issue.
Please check with my trouble with Avira Anti Virus also. ( my 2nd post / reply in this page)
Infact the link to the tested programs mentioned in ur users manual ( http://www.mojopac.com/portal/content/what/apps.jsp ) and certain other spaces does not seem to work. ' I am getting a ' page does not exist' error message in my browser.
Now above all my most delicate problem..why my mojo tool bar hides behind the mojo desktop occasionally? please help.

Nothing solved my error no 1 ( top most post in the page )
Here is the message i got when i tried to relogin Mojo in the same situation
''MojoPac failed to start.
Rebooting the host pc may resolve the problem.
If u encounter the problem after rebooting the host pc, please contact Majopac's support by visiting www.majopac.com and selecting the ''support '' link at the top of the page. Include error code RSI in your message''
Infact there was no error code shown to quote with. MojoPac started as usual after rebooting the host pc. But things repeated in the same situation. That means the real problem is yet to be solved. Any how I know that the problem is not with :) Mojo but Truecrypt in this case
Another information : a suspected file was quarantined by my AV which contained detection pattern of Java Scrip virus JS/Agent EO. The infection came along with TrueCrypt 4.3 Zip from the downloaded link given above. This may help others to be careful with the said page.
Thanks a lot for spending your precious time for me. But what abt the error with Avira AV and disappearing Mojo tool bar?

Dear MojoTech,
A reinstall of Mojo as advised by you did not solved the mojo tool bar problem.
The error after the installation of Avira AV also persists asking for a restart while i try for a re-login after a clean exit ( not eject since I am working on a copy in my PC. But I fear that the USB drive may refuse to eject in the same situation ) in a single session.
Shall i compromise 'the restart' to retain Avira? or shall I uninstall and install calmwin which is a deadly slow program ( I know its portable version , hence this comment, otherwise sorry!! ).
I like to forget the error with Trucrypt ( manual dismounting the volume and exiting the program will solve it)..But Avira is too good..thats why...
Can U help ..? Please..

To isolate the issue with Avira Anti Virus, I request you to disable the Avira Anti Virus installed on the host PC and start Mojopac and check the functionality. If the issue persists then please disable unwanted program's running at the backend by using MSConfig utility on host PC and Mojopac. You can access the MSConfig utility by following the below steps:
1) Click Start, and then click Run. The Run dialog box opens.
2) In theOpen field, type msconfig, and then click OK.
3) When the System Configuration Utility dialog box opens, click the Startup tab.
Remove the checkmark in the box next to all known unnecessary programs by clicking the box next to the program. Do not remove the check marks of Windows system files or Ringthree directory files or unknown application files.
4) When PC/Mojopac prompts to restart, Click yes.
NOTE: After restarting the Mojopac/PC, a message will be displayed, select the check mark beside "Don't show this message or launch the System configuration Utility when windows start" and click Ok.
This should resolve the issue.
Next, the issue with the Mojobar might be due to any Pop-up blocker software installed in your PC and in Mojopac. I recommend you to disable any Pop-up blocker software installed in your PC and in Mojopac or perform the below steps :
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools.
3. Click on Internet Options.
4. Click on Privacy.
5. Uncheck the option "Block Pop-ups", click Apply, click Ok.
6. If the option is already unchecked then recheck the option "Block Pop-ups", click Apply, click Ok.
Next, Mojopac tested programs link is under construction. Please let us know the information about the application you are looking for.
Regarding the suspected file, for exact information I request you to contact the www.freedownloadsplace.com support team.

I have been passing through the forum pages during the past 24 hours. sorting out the ( same) solutions given in certain other similar situations...
I will return after experimenting your suggestions.
MojoPac is wonderful..I love it..and really wish to appreciate the effort and imagination behind its concept and creation.

Dear Mojo,
Everything suggested by u failed to solve the bugs. Then I did the following steps.
1) I bought a new USB ( imation USB 2.0 ), restored by backup and started working from it.
Result: The mojo tool bar began to work normally.
2) Un-installed Avira AV.
Result: The drive ejected without any hesitation as usual .
Assumptions:
a) There are some bugs to be solved within ur new concept of starting mojo from a folder in the host computer.
b) Avira is not the right program to be installed under the Mojo platform ( I may not be right in my expression but hope u got it)
Request: I really want a realtime AV protection which will run perfectly in the mojo platform. Please advise. ( As a person who travels a lot, I could not assure the security available in the host computers on the road.)
I feel that u could do a lot of improvisations in the basic designs on Mojo. Let me explain. I observe the mojo tool bar as the worst visualisation included in the concept. U can very intelligently associate all its function inside the start menu along with the right click menu of the mojo task bar icons (both in mojo and host views).
I also suggest that u kindly consider giving a little more freedom to the 'Freedom Mojos' like us....
I have a lot to say..but time is running up..

I am glad to know that you have successfully restored the Mojopac backup on the new USB device. Next, there are several Antivirus Application which runs successully with MojoPac and some Antivirus Application like Avira has issues and our devleopers are working to fix.
Next, regarding the Mojobar and freedom, I have forwarded your comments to the concerned department and they may consider your request in the future version of Mojopac.

Although more number of security applications works within Mojopac. However, the following are some of the successfully tested security applications within Mojopac :
* Clam AntiVirus 0.88.4
* ewido anti-spyware 4.0
* Anonymizer
* Spybot - Search and Destroy 1.4
* Aware Personal SE 1.06
* eWallet
The other security applications also works within Mojopac but we do not have tested data.

Thanks for the prompt response...
I am here with another trouble...Last day I told u about a few suspicious programs which trouble me by peeping in to my temporary Internet files' folder. So I just installed the free version of a virtual Sandbox ( Fortres Grand virtual Sandbox 1.0 build 140 www.FortresGrand.com ) in my host system and gave Mojo normal startup status.
Mojo starts and loads comfortably as usual but most of the programs including the browsers such as firefox and messengers ( yahoo, googetalk etc) refuses to start. The error message is
Yahoo : The application failed to initialize properly (0x000003a ). Click ok to terminate the application
Googletalk : same error message
Firefox: This application failed to start because js3250.dll was not found. reinstalling the application may solve the problem.
etc.
Occasionally programs would show different error messages also.
Anyhow forget those messages.....the main aspect to consider is that, the sandbox installed in the host PC prevents the applications in Mojo from starting and functioning normally. ( all the net related applications in the host PC start in sandbox and others in normal mode)
The applications in the Mojo srart normally as before when i disable the 'sandbox' which starts with windows in my host PC
Assumption: Mojo has not yet been perfectly isolated from the host PC.
Am I right? Or is there something wrong in what I have done by installing the sandbox?

Gayathri, some of the Security Applications identifies the files within Mojopac as virus or spyware and hence they block the access to the files. In your case where Sandbox installed on the host is not allowing the access to Internet related Application within Mojopac. I recommend you to check for any settings or any option in the Sandbox software to allow the access to Internet related Applications.
Furthermore, we have taken great care to ensure that your MojoPac environment is as isolated as possible from the host computer you are using. However, you should always take care to ensure that your computer (this includes MojoPac!) is always clean and protected.

You always advise to download and install a latest copy of mojoset up against certain error messages. Is there any difference between the same version of two mojo setups downloaded before 6 months and today? Do you improvise the same setupfile 1.8.0.0 even after its release ?

The Mojopac installer is same and it will not be changed till the next release version. However, reinstalling might overwrite the installed corrupt mojopac files.
