Hello everybody,

I have a problem when a folder or a file has an blank in the name.
Here are some examples:
c:\test folder\test.txt
c:\test file.txt

When I want to open them I get the error message from notepad (also with other editors) "c:\test does not exist. Create it?" and after that "c:\folder does not exist. Create it?".
The same with the second example "c:\test does not exist. Create it?" and "c:\file does not exist. Create it?"

Does perhaps anyone know why this happens and how I can correct this error?
When I delete the blank and write the 2 words together (e.g. c:\testfile.txt) all is working fine.

We were not able to replicate the issue you are experiencing. Could you please try the same by connecting the drive to another PC and check the functionality. I also recommend you to recreate the files and see if the issue persists.
