Please perform the below steps to resovle this issue :
- On the Host, go to Windows Explorer -> right click on USB device drive (e.g. I: drive) -> Properties -> Tools -> click on "Check Now..." button in "Error Checking" section.
- Select both "automatically fix file system errors" and "scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" option -> Start
When it is completed, the tool will report any problems that were fixed.
Also, run "chkdsk : /F /X" on "Start -> Run" prompt to correct error errors.
Please let us know if you continue experiencing problems after running the tools mentioned above. I also recommend you to connect the Mojopac USB device to other PC and check the functionality.

Hi
I'have tested this. My stick is running without errors. I'have tested my stick
on other PC and it's running without problems.
But not on my Notebook:confused:
After the Text "Loading configuration", i can see Bluescreen for a few second
and then restart my Notebook automaticly.
Have you an idea???

Could you please disable unwanted program's running at the backend by using MSConfig utility on your laptop. You can access the MSConfig utility by following the below steps:
1) Click Start, and then click Run. The Run dialog box opens.
2) In theOpen field, type msconfig, and then click OK.
3) When the System Configuration Utility dialog box opens, click the Startup tab.
Remove the checkmark in the box next to all known unnecessary programs by clicking the box next to the program. Do not remove the check marks of Windows system files or Ringthree directory files or unknown application files.
4) When Laptop prompts to restart, Click yes.
NOTE: After restarting the Laptop, a message will be displayed, select the check mark beside "Don't show this message or launch the System configuration Utility when windows start" and click Ok.
This should resolve the issue.
