Hi.

I've got a problem with Adobe CS3 on my MojoPac. Here's what happened...

I installed CS3 on my MojoPac and it worked fine. I then tried it whilst running MojoPac on a different host and, as I've seen on posts in this forum, it asked me to activate the software again.

I never got round to doing this in time and the software stopped working. "No problem", I thought, "I'll just uninstall it and install it again." Quite unsuprisingly, this didn't work. So, I've taken the most extreme measure of backing up all my data files from my MojoPac, formatting the USB drive, and then reinstalling MojoPac.

Unfortunately, I still cannot install CS3. The only conclusion is that the installation process somehow writes something (registry, files, whatever!) to the host PC. (This also explains why it needs activating again when run against a different host.)

Do you have any suggestions? I'm stuck without CS3 and do not want to downgrade to a previous version, just to get round this problem.

Thanks a lot,

John.

There are certain known issues with the Adobe CS3 applications. However, the applications might work fine if they are installed by connecting to the PC which are not installed with Adobe Cs3 applications. Could you please give it a try and let us know the results.

I'll give that a go later and let you know.

Thanks.
