I downloaded the mojopac hoping to use the freeware mojopac freedom.

I've gotten through the License agreement, Install Options, Install/Upgrade checkpoints.

that's the furthest I've gone because I can't get past the "Required Information" checkpoint. I have created a mojopac username and password but when I try to enter my web username and password, that I'm on right now writing this, mojopac tells me " Error Required Information: Invalid Web Username Or Password."

I removed mojopac completely and tried again but the same thing happened, I can't get through however I'm putting in the correct information and this is very frustrating. any help?

Ok I managed to setup mojopac on another computer, and then proceeded to installing firefox while I was on the same computer. Firefox was working on the other computer.

Now i'm back to my main computer and Firefox can't access the internet at all through mojopac, and I'm sure thats the reason why I couldn't get past the "Required Information" stage mentioned above.

I have disabled all firewalls and antivirus and still I can't get through to the internet using mojopac on my main computer. I hope this new information can help.

To isolate the issue, could you please try by disabling the unwanted applications running on the host PC by performing MSCONFIG utility.

You can access the MSConfig utility by following the below steps:

1) Click Start, and then click Run. The Run dialog box opens.
2) In theOpen field, type msconfig, and then click OK.
3) When the System Configuration Utility dialog box opens, click the Startup tab.

Remove the checkmark in the box next to all known unnecessary programs by clicking the box next to the program. Do not remove the check marks of Windows system files or Ringthree directory files or unknown application files.

4) When Mojopac prompts to restart, Click yes.

NOTE: After restarting the Mojopac, a message will be displayed, select the check mark beside "Don't show this message or launch the System configuration Utility when windows start" and click Ok.
