View Full Version : Fails to start with error RS1?

I have mojopac installed in a directory on my PC. I moved the directory today and now mojopac will not start, and the error message tells me to quote 'RS1'.

Please help! I miss my mojo!

By way of information, I am not certain about the steps you have followed to move the Mojopac. Please refer the KB-1068: How do I backup MojoPac? article for detailed information.

If you have followed the above steps and moved the Mojopac files to a USB drive then I request you refer the KB-1167: RS1 error article.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I had the mojopac installed in a directory within My Documents, I then cut&pasted the directory to the root of my c: drive.

Looking at the support documents I should have used NTBACKUP rather than just cut and paste.

I guess I have lost my mojopac; is there any way to do a repair?

As you have done cut and paste of Mojopac files, it is not possible to activate Mojopac. However, you can try by reinstall Mojopac by following the below steps :

* Download the update Mojopac installer on the USB drive from the below webpage:

http://www.mojopac.com/portal/content/download.jsp

* Run the installer.

Reinstalling Mojopac by following the above steps will not corrupt or impact the applications already installed. If the issue persists, then you need to perform fresh installation of Mojopac.

Thanks for this post, helped me out before I did some tinkering that put me two steps back.

Mojo_Support was better than anything Microsoft does or Yahoo's 3 world outsource.

I got the RS1 from doing the following:
* Exited Mojo properly
* Turned of the Hard Drive
* Did NOT turn off the Host PC
* Came Back 24 hours later
* Turned on the Hard Drive
* Logged-in to Mojo
* RS1 Error Window

Not sure why it happened. I don't remember installing anything.
