Pete Foley
President & CEO
Pete brings more than 15 years of technology management and entrepreneurial experience to his role as president and CEO of RingCube Technologies. Most recently, Pete served as President and CEO of Port Authority Technologies, an information leak prevention software company which was acquired by WebSense in early 2007. Pete also served as Chairman and founding CEO of InfoBlox, a successful infrastructure and security company.
Prior to Infoblox, Pete co-founded two companies: Sysix Technologies, a Chicago-based systems integrator and Faber Consulting, a business intelligence consulting firm.
Pete earned his BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.

Kiran Kamity
Co-Founder, VP of Engineering
Kiran brings in expertise in Operating Systems, embedded systems and computer networking. Prior to co-founding RingCube, Kiran was a software systems architect at Network Appliance working in the core platform group. In addition to holding an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, Kiran holds a BS in Material Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where he was awarded with a President’s ( of India) Silver medal for outstanding academic performance. He also won several awards in Indian national science competitions and a gold medal in the Math-Olympiad in 1995.

Kittu Kolluri
Chairman of the Board, New Enterprise Associates
Kittu joined NEA in 2006 as a General Partner and focuses on information technology investments. Present NEA board memberships include Nevis Networks and RingCube Technologies. Prior to NEA, Kittu was executive vice president and general manager of the Security Products Group at Juniper Networks, a position he assumed following Juniper's acquisition of NetScreen Technologies. At NetScreen, he was general manager of Secure Access Products, a position he assumed following NetScreen's acquisition of Neoteris, where he served as president and chief executive officer. Kittu brings more than 16 years of experience at the leading edge of the technology industry. He co-founded Healtheon/WebMD, introducing online healthcare to the market. As senior vice president and general manager of Provider Services, Kittu was responsible for product development, operations and business development. Before co-founding Healtheon/WebMD, Kittu worked at Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI) managing high profile Interactive TV projects. He also serves on the board of directors at Determina. Kittu holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, and an M.S. in Operations Research from the State University of New York, Buffalo.

Forest Baskett

Forest joined NEA in 1999 as a Venture Partner and became a General Partner in 2004. Forest focuses on information technology investments. Present board memberships include Aeluros, Arch Rock, Atheros Communications (NASDAQ: ATHR), Audience, Catalytic, Chelsio Communications, Foveon, Fulcrum Microsystems, Luxtera, RingCube Technologies, SiBEAM, Tableau Software, and T-RAM Semiconductor. He also serves as an advisor to Cassatt, Data Domain, PolyServe, SiTime, Spreadtrum and Telegent Systems. Previous board memberships include, among others, E2O, Nanochip, and Newisys. Forest also previously held an advisory position with FineGround, ReShape and SMIC. Prior to NEA, Forest was Senior Vice President of R&D and Chief Technology Officer of Silicon Graphics Inc. He founded and directed the Western Research Laboratory of Digital Equipment Corporation from 1982 to 1986 before joining SGI. Prior to that, he was a Professor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Stanford University from 1971 to 1982. He also spent two years at Los Alamos National Laboratory building an operating system for the original Cray-1 computer and a year and a half at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center as a Principal Scientist doing VLSI research. At Stanford, he worked with Andy Bechtolsheim on the SUN workstation project, with Jim Clark on the Geometry Engine project, and with John Hennessy on the MIPS microprocessor project. Dr. Baskett received a BA in Mathematics from Rice University, a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

Jim Smith
Mohr Davidow Ventures
Jim Smith leads investments in software and systems companies, and is active in extending MDV's relationships with leading universities and research centers. Prior to MDV, Jim spent six years developing computing architectures and integrated circuits for high performance multimedia systems at Silicon Graphics, Inc., including the multi-billion dollar revenue O2 and Octane workstation lines. He has authored and refereed numerous papers on computing systems and circuit design. He also spent three years as a researcher in the Computer Systems Laboratory at Stanford University. Jim serves as a member of the advisory boards for TiE, the MIT Club of Northern California (MITCNC) and UC-Berkeley's VERTEX Program. Jim received a doctorate in electrical engineering and a master's degree in industrial management from Stanford University. He also earned a bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford.
